4. Content Moderation Policy
We are committed to keeping NotePaste safe and compliant with all applicable laws. Our moderation system operates under the following principles:
- All user-submitted content is temporarily published and reviewed by our moderation team within 1x24 hours.
- If content violates our policies or any law, it will be immediately removed and the associated account or IP address will be permanently banned.
- We strictly prohibit content involving:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any sexual exploitation of minors.
- Violence, hate speech, or threats toward individuals or groups.
- Phishing, malware, or any form of harmful software.
- Copyrighted or pirated material without permission.
- Users can report inappropriate content via our abuse channel below.
5. Monetization & Valid Views
NotePaste rewards users for valid, organic views of their content. Automated traffic, bots, or fraudulent methods to increase view counts are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending earnings.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent bans.
7. Limitation of Liability
NotePaste shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Users are solely responsible for their content, actions, and interactions on the platform.
8. Reporting & Cooperation with Authorities
We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and organizations such as the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) to ensure our platform remains free of illegal material. Verified reports of CSAM or other illegal activities will be escalated to relevant authorities immediately.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Service and Moderation Policy from time to time. Continued use of NotePaste after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
